Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your Health and Beauty AI account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in to this website to make a request.

1. Delete From Inside the App

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately:

1. Open Health and Beauty AI.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Open Settings (the gear icon).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed from our production systems.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us and we will process the deletion for you.

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account and profile (name, email, age, sex, height, goals, activity level, dietary preferences, and allergies)
• All food logs, meal photos, and nutrition analyses
• Weight, macro, supplement, menstrual, mood, sleep, and activity logs
• Any health data imported from Apple Health or Google Fit / Health Connect
• AI chat history, coaching messages, and generated insights
• Credit balances and AI usage history tied to your account
• Push notification tokens and device registrations

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot restore a deleted account or its data, so please export or screenshot anything you want to keep first.

4. What We Retain, and Why

• Transaction and billing records. Where tax, accounting, or consumer-protection law requires us to keep proof of a purchase, we retain the minimum record of the transaction. These records are not used to profile you.
• A minimal deletion marker. We keep a non-personal marker so a deleted account cannot be silently re-created by a stale sign-in token. It contains no health data and is not used for any other purpose.
• Backups. Data may persist in encrypted backups until those backups age out on their normal rotation, after which it is unrecoverable.
• Aggregated, de-identified statistics that can no longer be linked back to you.

5. Cancel Your Subscription Separately

If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us, so only the store can cancel them. Cancel first, then delete:

• Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Health and Beauty AI → Cancel subscription.
• Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select Health and Beauty AI → Cancel Subscription.

6. Other Privacy Rights
